Welcome to my digital business card! My name is Dr. Theresia Theuke and I am the founder of BlueSea Communications.

During my professional career and as a mother of five children, I have learned how crucial clear and target group-specific communication is for success. Nothing works without clear and strategic communication. Brilliant ideas, concerns, and messages go unheard. But how do you achieve perfect communication? How do you emphazise your message across internal and external communications?

These questions have been on my mind ever since I started my professional journey at a strawberry stall on a country road after graduating from high school. I quickly realized that if you don't communicate well, nobody notices you and you don't sell as much. From the strawberry stand to university studies, a PhD, several stays abroad and professional positions in management, the university, the non-profit sector and in a publishing house, communication and strategic thinking have always been my great passion. Working on a wide range of projects - from brand development and crisis management to strategic communications - I have been able to apply and refine my knowledge in practice.

I love finding hidden treasures and polishing them until they shine and everyone wants them. In doing so, I think about projects from their ending, search for and discover potential, evaluate it analytically and develop it into a solid strategy.

But without people, strategies are nothing more than paper tigers. Success requires people to whom messages, products or services are directed, and people who successfully implement strategies in companies and organizations. I am convinced: People are the key to success.
